Deep Focus is seeking an experienced Digital Project Manager to join the production team. Our ideal candidate will be a team player who is bright, enthusiastic, and insightful with the ability to understand multiple facets of a digital project development lifecycle, in order to achieve the overall project business goal. In this position you will interface with awesome Account, Creative and Techy people. We need someone who has the ability to perform well under pressure (not freak out all the time), adhere to deadlines (no late sleepers), manage multiple projects simultaneously (yes, that means multi-tasking) and still bring energy and creativity to work each day (and of course a smile). It is imperative that you be self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability. This is a great position with lots of room for growth.


· In cooperation with technical and creative leads, create project plans working back from client deliverable dates

o Work with the client business to learn/understand the client’s production process and marketing strategy to get a deep understanding of the client’s digital marketing needs and ascertain the client’s requirements for the project and ensure these are captured and documented correctly for development from the proposal stage to project completion.

o Complete planning workshops to identify phases, timelines, dates, dependencies, and risks.

o Develop project SOW’s and schedules

o Determine project budget and costs

o Build and put in place a project support structure is put in place

o Organize and set clear expectations in regard to tasks and deliverables.


· Ensure projects are progressing in the correct direction, on time and remain within budget guidelines;

o Prepare and maintain project planning documentation including dates, timelines, milestones, status reports, internal meeting notes, change requests and resource requests

o Create and distribute spec sheet documentation;

o Oversee asset management, including the maintenance of files, information security protocols and organization of the server;

o Provide clear and accurate communication, materials and documentation to team;

o Gather and organize all client related assets;


· Oversee development cycle and quality assurance testing on all deliverables

o In cooperation with technical and creative team leads, develop and implement production cycle protocols for development and implementation of sites, display campaigns, applications and other digital projects.

o Oversee thorough site quality assurance testing

o Troubleshoot technical issues with the technology department

o Maintain continuity, learning and quality assurance across projects


Required Skills and Experience:


Bachelor's or graduate degree in Business Administration or a closely related field

Demonstrated mastery of E-Business management theories and practices, digital project management methods and techniques, Organizational and Consumer Behavior concepts and theories and other subjects necessary to successfully take charge of complex digital projects for brand name clients.
