John Reid is an internationally award winning Creative Director, currently serving as the US Chief Creative Officer of Deep Focus. He has spent his career at great agencies like McCann, Wunderman, AKQA and CP+B crafting award winning, effective campaigns for clients such as Microsoft, Windows, X-Box, TIVO, AARP, HP, Pfizer, The Ad Council, and Visa. John’s passion for blending storytelling, advertising and technology into a seamless experience has led to pushing boundaries and testing the limits of what is possible. He believes that advertising is no longer about “above the line or below”; it’s about “telling a great story and finding ways to make it work everywhere”.
John has received international recognition for his creative vision. Award highlights include Cannes Lions, The Clio’s and The American Advertising Awards. He has also been selected to be on the jury at Cannes Lions, Cannes Young Lions, The One Show and the Clio Awards.
